Effects
- For each new room Isaac enters, grants one wacky effect in a rotating list which can be either helpful, harmful, or neither. The possible effects and their descriptions will appear as a pop-up on screen, in the following order:
- "Noisy!" / "It's just foley!" — Replaces various sounds that play with cartoonish sound effects. Leaving the room will have all sounds return to normal.
- "Your FOEs felt at ease." / "Their defense dropped!" — All enemies in the room become bruised.
- "Awkward!" / "Your FOEs will hurt you rapidly!" — Isaac is afflicted with the Epidermolysis pill effect for the room, reducing his invincibility frames after taking damage.
- "Tranquil!" / "Your defense raised!" — Isaac gains the effects of
The Wafer for the room, reducing all sources of damage to half of a heart.
- "What!" / "It's just a useless fly!" — Spawns a
Fly, with red arrows on the screen pointing to it.
- "Warm!" / "It felt comforting!" — Heals Isaac for a
Half Red Heart.
- "Dizzy!" / "Your HP got jumbled up!" —
Scrambles Isaac's Health barCurrently not implemented; does nothing. - "Careful!" / "Your FOEs got powered up!" — Isaac is afflicted with the Addicted! pill effect for the room, causing all sources of damage to deal a full Heart.
- "Fiendish!" / "A perfect 10!" — Spawns an
Immoral Heart.
- After the 9th effect, the next room's effect will cycle back to "Noisy!".

Trivia
- Jevilstail and its effects are a reference to Jevil and his fight from Chapter 1 of Deltarune.
- In Deltarune, Jevil would give the "Jevilstail" to the protagonists after his fight, if he is defeated through ACT-ing and then sparing him.
- Its effects are derived from the "Pirouette" ACT available to Kris during Jevil's fight, which would provide a random effect based on the turn number.
- The description of the "Noisy!" effect, "It's just foley!" [sic], is a play on words of "folly", the lack of good sense, and "foley", the act of reproducing sounds heard in everyday life for use in filmmaking.
- Many sounds used in the "Noisy!" effect are stock sound effects — many of them are well known for being featured in the Cartoon Network animated series, Ed, Edd n' Eddy.
