Angry Faic is a trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Bosses and mini-bosses fought in the Boss Room will start with 10% more HP, but will drop 1 additional heart upon being defeated.

Notes

• Angry Faic does not affect degraded bosses/mini-bosses that appear outside of Boss Rooms or Mini-Boss Rooms, most "true" final bosses, or Great Gideon.
  • Mom, Mom's Heart, It Lives, Satan, and Isaac will still have their health boosted.
• The extra Heart dropped will have a higher chance of being a Red Heart and its variants, or rarely be a Rotten Heart.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers: Bosses gain 5% additional HP and drop 1 additional heart on death for every active trinket multiplier effect.
• Vanishing Twin: The extra boss spawned by Vanishing Twin will not get its health boosted, and will not drop extra Hearts if the original boss was killed first.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Angry Faic rerolls it into Sharp Penny.

Trivia

• Angry Faic is a fan suggestion from a member of the Fiend Folio Cornmunity Discord, Jubbalub.
• Its appearance is a reference to the Newgrounds Angry Faic, an emoticon that made appearances in many games on Newgrounds.
  • Angry Faic also made an appearance in the original Flash version of The Binding of Isaac, where it was used as an icon on bosses' health bars.
