Bomb Token is a trinket added in The Spitshine Update.
Effects
- All
Bombs placed by Isaac will deal an additional 100 flat damage when they explode, for a total of 200 damage.
Interactions
Dr. Fetus: Bombs fired from Dr. Fetus deal 1.5× more damage instead.
Mr. Mega / 
Copper Bombs: Bombs will deal 285 damage when they explode.
Trinket Multipliers: +100% to the bomb damage boost granted by Bomb Token, for every additional trinket multiplier effect.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Bomb Token rerolls it into 
Dud's Flower.

- Bomb Token is a fan suggestion from a member of the Fiend Folio Cornmunity Discord server, June.
- This trinket is a reference to the ability tokens from the Roblox game, Bee Swarm Simulator.
- Picking up this trinket will play the item pickup sound from the game. Any bombs that deal damage will also play the explode sound from the game.
