Twin Tuffs is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Grants a 25% base chance to turn Pennies, Bombs, Keys, and Red Hearts into their doubled equivalent ( Double Penny, Double Bomb, Key Ring, Double Heart).
  • The chance for pickups to turn into their doubled variant scales with luck, represented by the formula 25 + 2.5 × Luck%. In effect, the base chance starts at 25% with 0 luck, and reaches 100% chance at 30 luck, without Trinket Multipliers.
• Grants a 15% chance for room clear rewards to be doubled.
  • The chance for room clear rewards to be doubled scales with luck, represented by the formula 15 + 1.5 × Luck%. In effect, the base chance starts at 15% with 0 luck, and reaches 100% chance at 57 luck, without Trinket Multipliers.

Notes

• Unlike Humbleing Bundle, Twin Tuffs can turn half hearts of all types into their full equivalent, and can turn Spicy Keys into Super Spicy Keys. Other variants such as Nickels or Lil Batteries, etc., are not doubled.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers / Henge Rock: Multiplies both the base chance and luck portion of the formula when doubling pickups and room clear rewards.
• Humbleing Bundle: Further increased chance for pickups to become their doubled variant — but only applies to pickups that are valid to be doubled with Humbling Bundle, such as Pennies, Bombs, Keys, and Red Hearts.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Twin Tuffs rerolls it into Leaky Rock.
