Moonstone is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- Grants one of the following stat boosts chosen at random upon entering a
Secret Room, 
Super Secret Room or 
Ultra Secret Room for the first time on each floor:
- +0.6 tears
- +0.38 range
- +0.3 shot speed
- +1 luck
Notes
- Stat boosts granted by Moonstone will not persist when it is dropped — the stats will only be applied whilst Golem holds the trinket.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers / 
Henge Rock: Grants additional random stat upgrades when visiting a Secret Room scaling with the multiplier.
Fragmented Card / 
Luna: The additional Secret Rooms in a floor will each grant a stat boost when visited.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Moonstone rerolls it into 
Oddly Smooth Stone.
Trivia
- Moonstone's flavor text is taken from one of the original fortunes of a
Fortune Telling Machine — which itself is a reference to a hint on how to unlock the hidden character Reptile on the 1992 game Mortal Kombat.
