Spiked Rock is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• When picked up for the first time, hurts Golem for half a heart of health, unless it would kill Golem.
• Golem becomes immune to damage from Spikes and Spiked Chests.
  • This does not extend to Curse Room doors, spikes in the Sacrifice Room, or the spiked entrance door to the Mausoleum.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers / Henge Rock: No effect.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Spiked Rock rerolls it into Bloody Rock.
