Fushigi is a trinket added in The Spitshine Update.
Effects
- Grants Isaac a luck-based chance to shoot a metallic tear that deals 2× damage, has double the range, and can be controlled mid-flight similar to the
Eye of the Occult effect.
Notes
- The chance to fire a controllable metal tear is equal to
((0.4 + Trinket Multiplier × 0.1) ÷ 9) × (9 + ((Luck + 1) − 9))%, or(0.4 + Trinket Multiplier × 0.1)%, whichever result is lower.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Increases the chance to fire a controllable metal tear.
Dr. Fetus: Chance to shoot a bomb that can be controlled. The bomb will have a fuse time of 2 seconds and its explosion will deal double the damage.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Fushigi rerolls it into 
Fuzzy Pickle.
Trivia
- Fushigi is a reference to the infamous Fushigi Magic Gravity Balls, which were part of a fad and marketing scheme in the 2010s — they were prominently shown in commercials being used by contact jugglers to market the product as being able to do "magic" tricks.
