Sanguine Hook	1	Throwable hook that latches onto and pulls in enemies and pickups. Enemies become bruised while hooked. Releasing enemies makes them hemorrhage and launch bloody tears towards Isaac that hurt other enemies.

Twinkle of Contagion	1	Enemies have a chance to glow upon entering a room. Looking at a glowing enemy passes the effect onto Isaac, giving him a stat boost while under the effect. After a period of time, the glowing effect will jump from Isaac to a random enemy.
Fraudulent Fungus	1	+1 empty Red Heart container. +1 Rotten Heart. +0.20 speed. +0.30 damage. +2.50 range.
GMO Corn	1	Isaac is immobilized and forced to consume 7 random pills. +1 Red Heart container. +1 damage.
Deadly Dose	1	On pickup, spawns a Cyanide Pill. Cyanide Pills provide an all stats up, but will start a death timer that will kill Isaac after 60 seconds. Taking a pill that isn't a Cyanide Pill will cure it, removing the stats and stopping the timer. Increases the chance for Pills to drop on room clear. Pills that drop while Isaac is not under the effect of a Cyanide Pill can be replaced with Cyanide Pills.
Slippy's Guts	1	Enemies have a chance to spawn a lingering poison fart cloud on death. The chance scales with Isaac's luck, and is proportional to the enemy's maximum health. Isaac's Bombs spawn a lingering poison fart cloud after exploding.
Slippy's Heart	1	Chance to fart while near enemies. Farts vary in type and strength. Fart chance scales with luck.
Nugget Bombs	1	+5 Bombs. Bombs spawn a Brown Nugget turret fly familiar when they explode. Turret flies gain unique effects when combined with other bomb upgrade Items.
Bridge Bombs	1	+5 Bombs. Bombs fill pits when they explode.
Telebombs	1	+5 Bombs. A target follows behind Isaac with a delay. When placing a bomb, the player teleports back to the marker, and the bomb instantly explodes.
Dad's Wallet	1	Shop items can be purchased when they are not affordable, with the amount owed accumulating as debt. Debt gives a multiplicative damage down. Debt can be reduced by picking up coins. Drops a Credit Card upon being picked up.
Lawn Darts	1	Luck-affected chance to fire tears that inflict enemies with hemorrhaging. Hemorrhaging enemies periodically take damage, spew blood tears randomly around themselves and leave blood creep on the ground that damages other enemies.
Experimental Treatment	1	Randomly increases 4 and decreases 2 of Isaac's stats.
Growth Hormones	1	+0.2 speed. +1 damage.
Roid Rage	1	+0.3 speed. +2.5 range.
Speed Ball	1	+0.3 speed. +0.2 shot speed.
