The Boss item pool is the pool of items that are dropped by bosses in the Boss Room (barring those with specific set item drops), and can be found in the Boss Challenge Room. This item pool only has passive items.

Chirumiru		0.5	+1 Soul Heart. +0.9 flat damage. Upon entering a room, all enemies are petrified for 0.9 seconds.

Penny Roll		0.5	Spawns a penny-related trinket, a Golden Penny and 4 random coins.

Box Top		0.5	+2 luck. Spawns a Puzzle Piece.
Kinda Egg		0.5	+1 Red Heart container and heals for 1 Red Heart. Spawns a random object.
Goldshi Lunch		0.5	+1 Red Heart container and heals for 1 additional Red Heart. Grants +0.1 speed and +0.2 shot speed, which increases to +0.85 speed and +0.4 shot speed in cleared rooms.
Green Orange		0.25	+0.7 damage. +0.5 tears. Spawns a Soul Heart upon being picked up.
