Various ideas for effects for Fiend Folio's Active items when combined with Epiphany's Golden Item mechanic.

Risk's Reward		Isaac must fight two Hermits, who will both drop a higher quality item.
Golem's Rock		The resulting rock trinket created will be golden.
Grappling Hook		Isaac gains invincibility and contact damage while travelling with the hook
Golden Frog Head		Halves the amount of time needed to reach more powerful fart effects
Sanguine Hook		Hooking into enemies inflicts them with Midas' Touch petrification instead of bruised.
Fiddle Cube		Decreases the rate in which the stat increases decrease when not used.
A.V.G.M.		Whenever a pick-up is spawned, a beam of light strikes a random area of the room.
Malice		When Isaac exits out of the black fireball, he releases 6 black tears around him that deal 1.5x his damage and inflict [[1]].
Contraband		The items the Dealer give out are golden.
Eternal D12		Whenever rocks disappear, each of them has a 20% chance to leave behind a Penny.
Fiend Mix		Hollow Minions created have a 25% chance to leave behind a Gold Heart after clearing the room.
Wrong Warp		Can be used twice.
Eternal D10		Enemies that are rerolled are inflicted with Midas' Touch petrification.
Toy Camera		Enemies caught in the flash are inflicted with Midas' Touch petrification.
The Brown Horn		All Dip familiars created have a 20% chance to be Golden Dips.
Snow Globe		Rocks that are destroyed leave behind 1 - 2 Pennys.
Cherry Bomb		Thrown bombs have the Glitter Bombs synergy.
Dazzling Slot		Passively increases the chance for Golden Slot Machines to spawn by a large amount.
Kalu's Severed Head		Enemies stunned are inflicted with Midas' Touch petrification.
Rat Poison		Rooms that are skipped drop a random coin.
Angelic Lyre		Increases all stat modifications
Empty Book		The resulting book made activates 1 - 2 random other additional effects.
Gamma Gloves		Doubles the shockwave radius.
