Samael and Tainted Samael Synergies
Samael's signature scythe has some minor synergies with some of the Fiend Folio's items.
Emoji Glasses
Samael and Tainted Samael's scythe has synergy with Emoji Glasses, where scythe wave projectiles will gain the properties of Emoji Glasses' different emoji tears.
Multi-euclidean
If Sameal or Tainted Samael's scythe hits an enemy afflicted with multi-euclidean, a black-and-white scythe will manifest on the other side of the enemy and swing once towards the opposite direction they were hit from. This additional scythe can hit other enemies and can inherit some of Samael's other item effects on the scythe, and will fade away after swinging.
- Note that if an enemy afflicted with multi-euclidean is instead hit by one of Samael or Tainted Samael's scythe wave projectiles, they will pass through and be doubled like regular player tears.
GMO Corn
Samael and Tainted Samael gain a special scythe costume when GMO Corn is obtained.
Other than the unique appearance, the corn scythe does not behave differently.
