With the Revelations MOD installed, various Fiend Folioenemies can appear in Glacier and Tomb, two brand new floors that are added and appear in a newly introduced alternate path. These floors also feature many of their own bosses, mechanics, and enemies, including some unique variants of Fiend Folio enemies that are purely exclusive to these alternate floors.
Ice Hazard Morsels are Morsels encased in large blocks of ice. They behave like standard Ice Hazards, being stationary until Isaac, his tears, enemies or explosions pushes them away. When they collide with a wall or obstacle, they will release 2-4 Morsels, depending on the ice block's appearance.
Notes
Ice Hazard Morsels are invulnerable to damage. However, fire can melt them directly and prevent the enemies inside from spawning.
If Pact of Fragility is activated, Ice Hazard Morsels will slowly nudge themselves towards Isaac.
Ice Hazard Slammer
Ice Hazard Slammer is a Slammer encased in ice. They behave like standard Ice Hazards, releasing a Slammer when broken.

If Pact of Fragility is activated, Ice Hazard Slammers will slowly nudge themselves towards Isaac.
Cubert
Cuberts are a frozen variant of Chunky exclusive to the Glacier. They randomly hop around the room. Every 2nd or 3rd jump, they will slide in the cardinal direction closest to Isaac while leaving a trail of slippery creep — only stopping upon hitting a wall or obstacle. On collision, they will send out a square-shaped ring of 16 ice projectiles around them, which rapidly accelerate as they travel.
Tomb Ragurge
Ragurges in the Tomb have an altered appearance, but behave identically aside from leaving Revival Rags on death.
Revival Rags are a Revelations Ch2 mechanic: they can be turned back into a buffed version of the enemy that left them by trap tiles or certain enemies.
When revived, buffed Tomb Ragurges will follow up their usual attack by spitting out a cluster of projectiles and a large homing projectile towards Isaac. Buffed Tomb Ragurges do not leave Revival Rags again after death.
Glacier Enemies
All Fiend Folio: Reheated enemies that can appear in the Glacier:
Burrows out of ground in a random spot and fires four bones in cardinal directions, followed by four additional bones in diagonals, then burrows back in.
