Trivia
- Glass D2 had a sprite in the Afterbirth+ version of the mod similar to the normal D2, but did not have any code.
- Green House and Top Hat are both pieces from the board game, Monopoly.
- Blank Letter Tile is a piece in Scrabble, where it serves as a "wild card".
- Brick Seperator is based directly on the tool sold with some Lego sets, to aid in separating small pieces.
- Brick Seperator's name, flavor text and achievement pop-up are misspelled in-game, its correct spelling would be "separator" / "separate" — incidentally, the name of Brick Seperator's .anm2 file is spelled correctly.
- Stud appears as a Part 4073, a common building piece also found in Lego sets which is nicknamed the "Stud".
- Stud's capability to summon a coin variant is a reference to the usage of the Lego part in Lego Video Games as currency. Picking up a Stud Penny will make the same sound as Studs from said games, specifically the purple Stud.
- Its effect of damaging monsters and Isaac is a reference to the common cliché of Lego pieces being extremely painful to step on.
- The descriptions of stacked Studs will gain exclamation marks depending on the amount of Studs in the stack, ie. the text will show as "Watch your step!!!!!" with a stack of 6 Studs.
- Studs and Stud Pennies were added in V2.5, however their ability to be stacked with each other was only added later in The Spitshine Update.
- Christmas Cracker was added in The Spitshine Update.
