Tarot Cloth		1	Drops a random card or rune. Doubles the effects of tarot cards.
Booster Pack		1	Drops 5 random cards.
Card Reading		1	Spawns two portals at the beginning of each floor that each lead to either the Boss Room, Treasure Room, or Secret Room.
Echo Chamber		1	When Isaac uses a card, pill, or rune, he also uses a copy of the previous three cards/pills/runes he used after picking up Echo Chamber.

Trinkets

Spire Growth		1	Using a card with a number on it will grant a fading damage up that scales based on the number.
Conjoined Card		1	An additional Mini-Boss Room will generate on every floor.
