Cacamancer
Cacamancer is a boss added in The Reheated Update that can be encountered in Dross. He is a floating humanoid poop monster, fitting the poop theme of Dross.
Behavior
Cacamancer will always perform his main attack first, where he will wind himself up before performing a quick charge towards Isaac; he will bounce off of walls he collides with, while leaving a trail of explosive gas clouds behind. These gas clouds will disappear whenever he performs another charge.
After each charge, Cacamancer will follow it up by performing 1 or 2 of the following secondary attacks:
- Clasp his hands, then shoots an explosive projectile straight up and retreats in a vortex. Once the projectile lands it detonates the trail of gas clouds. He will reappear at another location in the room afterwards.
- Opens up his belly to spawn a Cacamancer's Ball directly below him. Cacamancer will not perform this attack if 2 of his Balls are still alive.
- Farts, releasing a ring of 6 spectral projectiles that spin either clockwise or counterclockwise. The ring will grow outward a fair distance before shrinking back towards Cacamancer.
- Upon performing this attack, it will also cause any of Cacamancer's Balls in the room to fire 3 rotating projectiles as well.
- If there are 2 Cacamancer's Balls or Drips alive in the room, Cacamancer retreats into a vortex that breaks down all of his Balls, and begins to suck in all Drips in the room. Each Drip that enters the vortex will die, firing off a wave of projectiles towards Isaac. The first wave will have 1 projectile, with each subsequent wave adding one more projectile, up to a maximum of 6.
On death, Cacamancer plays out a dramatic sequence of attacks while he melts away, firing rings of 6 clockwise spinning projectiles, then 8 counterclockwise, then 6 clockwise, before finally disappearing while leaving behind a ring of 8 projectiles spinning counterclockwise, gas clouds, a single Drip, and an explosive projectile launched directly upwards, which detonates the clouds of gas upon landing and typically kills the Drip in the process.
Spawns
Cacamancer's Ball
Cacamancer's Balls are special enemies exclusively spawned by Cacamancer. They float around the room diagonally, bouncing off walls and can deal contact damage to Isaac.
They will stop moving whenever Cacamancer charges, and if Cacamancer releases a fart along with rotating projectiles, every present Ball will pause to fire 3 projectiles in a spinning pattern around themselves.
When destroyed, Cacamancer's Balls break down into 3 Drips. During Cacamancer's vortex attack, they will stop and be forcibly broken down so he can suck in the Drips.

Trivia
- Cacamancer was a boss featured in The Devil's Harvest, a Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ MOD developed by part of the Fiend Folio developer team. Fiend Folio's Cacamancer features some attacks similar to those from as he appeared in The Devil's Harvest, such as charging at Isaac, spawning dips and Cacamancer's Balls (known then as "poop shield"), and opening a portal to suck in Isaac/enemies.
- Cacamancer is a portmanteau of "caca" meaning feces and the suffix "-mancer" meaning magic practitioner.
- Cacamancer's Balls were named "Cacaballs" in its card for the The Lost Cards: Encore, a fan-made expansion to The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls card game.
