Soot Tags are a new variant of 
Cobwebs added in Fiend Folio: Reheated, and can be found in the 
Burning Basement and the 
Mines. Similar to regular Cobwebs, Isaac will be slowed down while walking through a Soot Tag — however, his movement speed will remain reduced for up to 1 additional second after walking off of them.
Notes
- Just like with regular Cobwebs, Soot Tags can be destroyed by explosions.
- Stepping on Soot Tags will anger
Nanny Long Legs.
