Enemies

Tainted Sagging Sucker: Acts like sagging sucker except all of its shots are Haemolacria, the amount of shots is not changed

Walking ransacked: Acts like a ransacked that doesnt spawn an enemy and walks around instead

Peglin: Throws stones, and occasionally, daggers that have a chance to crit, dealing two hearts of damage

Items

DX Ball: "The King of Breakout Games"

1. Isaac's tears are replaced with a metallic ball, which is released when Isaac enteres an uncleared room
2. This ball bounces off of enemies, obstacles, walls, and Isaac himself, gaining a bit of speed with each bounce
3. If the ball hits the same side of the room Isaac entered from, Isaac dies instantly. (Example: If Isaac enters through the east, then Isaac dies if the ball hits the east wall)

Beggars and Machines

Omoli: Beggar that asks for money, upon interaction, will take all of Isaac's money and say "thabks" [sic] and do nothing else

Recursive Beggar: Asks for money, gives random coins. Can pay out with A Quarter or A Dollar
