Ball of Tar makes Tainted Fiend resemble 
Punk.
Delirious makes Tainted Fiend somewhat resemble Ash from The End Is Nigh.
Reheated Pizza turns Tainted Fiend into Fake Peppino, a character from Pizza Tower.
