Imp Baby Mode is a mode that can be enabled in the Dead Sea Scrolls options menu of Fiend Folio.
While enabled, and when playing as 
Fiend, he will start with 
Sulfuric Acid. However, most of his unique gimmicks will be removed.
- Fiend will start with three
Red Heart containers instead of two 
Black Hearts and an 
Immoral Heart.
- These hearts will not transform into
Minions.
- These hearts will not transform into
- While this mode is supposed to remove Fiend's unique gimmicks, he still has the ability to shoot his Fireballs. This is possibly a bug.
- Fiend will still hold

Trivia
- Imp Baby Mode is a reference to The Babies Mod, a mod that gives a unique item or effect for every co-op baby in the game, with Imp Baby (the baby based on Fiend) being given Sulfuric Acid tears.
- Imp Baby Mode was made to mock The Babies Mod in retaliation to the mod developer refusing requests to make cameo Co-op babies mimic, or even resemble, the behavior of the modded characters they reference.
